EXCHANGES

For exchanges please get in touch with us at connect@gemsunnow.com within 7 days after you have received your item. Products need to be in new condition. Please keep in mind that shipping costs are at customers expense. We do not accept exchanges for vintage products. Exchanges can be made for other available sizes, or for an online gift card amount of the original purchase amount.
