Shipping policy

Creation process takes up to 7 business days for handmade accessories. Process time for orders takes 3-4 business days. Once products are dispatched, you will be notified. Shipping within the US takes about 4 business days. Products are shipped via USPS. Please be aware that any delays or lost items caused by the courier service are out of our hands & GEMSUN is not responsible for it.

Please note: being conscious about our ecological footprint, we’re using minimal packaging. To create a luxurious unpacking experience for you, we’re using recycled tissue paper as well as plastic-free recycled tape.
